Week two of meatless Mondays went very well, It started off the same as
last week with me only having a protein shake in the morning but as the
day went on I ate more. For lunch I made myself grilled cheese with
tomato soap. I did not eat anything after that until dinner. Dinner was a
little tough because it was my birthday and I really wanted to have a
nice steak but I had to change my mind and decided on something else. My
mom took me to Bravo in the Galleria mall and there I had a mixed salad
with strawberries and blueberries with balsamic vinaigrette. And then
for my actual dinner I had spaghetti, (wished I could of had meatballs)
but I just had that with a red sauce. Then for dessert I had crème
brulee for the first time and it was really good. Then it being my
birthday I went out with my friends and consumed a decent amount of
beer. Overall I do think that this week was easier to not eat meat than
last week and I feel like it is going to get easier and easier the
longer it goes because it will become almost like second nature.
