Monday morning I woke up at 6:30am because I had a test at 10 am .I like to review all my notes twice before taking test the day of. For breakfast I had made waffles in the toaster. Then on counter next to the toaster, there was a lot of bananas. So I took one of the bananas and added it to my waffles. So I had waffles with bananas and orange juice. It was good meal to start my day with.  For lunch I had bulgur wheat  with tofu. Was very filling and satisfying. Bulgur wheat isn’t usually my preference but it was done well. For dinner I had pasta with veggie balls. A taste of Italy I must say! Haha. But overall breakfast was the most important meal to me . Breakfast gave me the energy need to take my test and started my day off well.

  1. The waffle and banana look delicious. It’s a great way to add some fruits into your diet. We both have the same exam and I also woke up around 6:30am to study. I also like to review my notes a couple of time before the test to recall all the information. Hope you did well. I also needed to eat something before I take any exam just so I have emery and don’t feel exhausted. I did not know what bulgur wheat was and had to Google it. I read that its 100 percent whole wheat that is quickly to make. It is also naturally high in fiber and low in fat. I also Yutube how to make it and plan on trying this food out. Good luck on the next meatless Monday!
